Andy’s commitment to human development has shaped his extensive career in business, where he has fulfilled operational, HR and organisational development roles in government, defence and the health and social care sector.
Having qualified as an Integral Coach in 2012, and obtained a Masters in People and Organisational Development in 2016, Andy now balances working part-time as a Global HR Director for a large multi-national organisation and his coaching and organisational development practice.
Andy joined Thirdspace in 2020 to take care of our growing alumni community as Community Nurturer.
